Nudes by Nova The Small Print

When confirming a booking with NudesbyNova you will be required to pay an upfront, non refundable deposit to secure your slot. Payments will be accepted in the form of bank transfer and/or cash, all with receipts provided. Your final payment will be due 4 weeks prior to your shoot date.

In the result of a "no show" you will not be entitled to a refund and the photographer has the right to refuse any future bookings with the clients that fail to attend. If a client is late by more than (15) minutes, the shoot date and/or time may be rescheduled at the photographers discretion and an additional session deposit will be required. It is the clients responsibility to notify NudesbyNova if they are running late on the day.

In the result of a cancellation, NudesbyNova is not entitled to offer refunds but we will happily accommodate our models/clients to choose another day and/or time to shoot with us, as long as we have been given at least 48 hours notice prior to the original shoot date.

All reasonable precautions will be made to ensure the safety of both the clients and the photographer when on set. In some circumstances, modelling can potentially have hazards when using props and/or other various items during the photoshoot. It is the clients responsibility to inform the photographer if they are to feel unsafe in any way. The client must acknowledge that accidents can occur and must hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Photographer.

All models/clients must be a minimum age of 21.

Clients will be asked for proof of identity when confirming their booking with NudesbyNova.

It is essential that no person(s) attends a photoshoot under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If the photographer does come to realise that substances have been consumed, the photoshoot will be instantly terminated, a refund will not be permitted and the client will no longer be authorised to work with NudesbyNova. Any future bookings will be refused. 

NudesbyNova owns the copyright to all images and videos. We allow our models the permission to share the purchased content across all social networking websites so long as the images remain unaltered. We also require our models to always provide textual credit, in the form of a tag/mention, on any posts shared online.
